Can I order furniture by phone?

I just need to rent one item. Can I place an order for just one item?
We rent by the room with most room packages having 5 or more pieces. We will not rent just one piece.
Do you have a showroom where I can view the furniture?
Most of our customers simply use our website to select their rental furniture since it displays our furniture quite well and shows all pricing and terms. This “tool” is designed so you don’t have to come to a showroom. You can view furniture by appointment if necessary at our warehouse.
Will you assemble the furniture when you deliver it?
All furniture is assembled, set up, and cleaned for you. You have nothing to do but enjoy!
Do I have the option to purchase the furniture after renting it?
Yes, if you decide you want to own the furniture you are renting we also offer rent-to-own contracts for brand new furniture. Alternatively you may also purchase the furniture outright if you so choose.
Can I make changes to my order after it is delivered?
Yes you can always add or exchange items to your lease after your initial delivery. However there will be an additional service charge (delivery fee) to come back out plus any additional rental cost.
When will my security deposit be returned?
Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days after pick-up of furniture. We require this time to make sure that all furniture is accounted for and free of damages.
Can I extend my lease if I need it for a longer term than I signed up for?
Yes, subject to availability your lease can continue on a month to month or longer agreement until we are notified by you for a pick up 30 days in advance.
Will our furniture and housewares be brand new?
Turnkey Furniture Rentals only rents and delivers items that are in showroom condition.
When my lease expires, do you automatically pick up my furniture?
No. You must call to schedule the pickup of your rental furniture. We recommend calling to give your pick up notice 15-30 days in advance. If you choose to keep your furniture for longer than the agreed upon date, your lease will be extended on a month-by-month or longer basis at the same monthly cost.
Can I rent furniture online?
No, at the present time our online website is for quote purposes only. Contact Turnkey Furniture Rentals for availability.
How long do I have to rent furniture?
Turnkey Furniture Rentals’ minimum lease is 3 months. You can select to rent furniture for 3 - 12+ months and can be for up to 5 years.
